We’re huge fans of designer Amy Sinibaldi here at Pretty Patches, and her latest collection for Art Gallery Fabrics has been on our festive fabric list since we first set eyes on its twinkling stars, delicate snowflakes and geometric tree prints.
Perfect for hand-stitched gifts, home makes and winter quilts, Little Town’s elegant palette is a welcome departure from classic Christmas shades, with subtle greys, soft teal and rose featured across two colourways – the pink-themed Winter Joy and softer Winter Magic.
‘This wintery collection is imbued with hints of my favourite holiday themes, without being over the top or too juvenile,’ explains Amy. ‘I love all kinds and styles of fabric, but when it comes to quilts and decorations in my home I prefer a bit of subtlety, and Little Town fits the bill quite nicely.’
The range also has versatility for year-round makes: ‘Nearly all of the prints could go either way – winter or all year through,’ Amy rightly says. ‘I made a fun bag with the Tree Farm print and that has already gone with me to the pool!’
Little Town is available now in UK fabric retailers. Visit www.hantex.co.uk/agf for stockists and see www.artgalleryfabrics.com for free project patterns, including the gorgeous houndstooth quilt above.
Thanks to the lovely people at AGF, we’ve got six fat quarter bundles of Little Town prints to give away. To stand a chance of winning, just visit our competition page and enter.
