Oakshott Fabrics has teamed up with quilting and appliqué expert Deborah Kemball to release a new collection of 27 shades based around Deborah’s ‘go-to’ colours.
Available as fat eighth, fat quarter and half-metre pre-cuts, the Deborah Kemball Studio Collection fabrics are ideal for appliqué projects and feature Oakshott’s trademark ‘shot’ effect, which Deborah is enthusiastic about: ‘With one fabric I essentially get two shades depending on how I place the motif and how the light falls,’ she explains.
Deborah has also selected a range of neutrals suitable for use as backgrounds, with half-metre and metre pre-cuts available, and as an added treat has created two new project designs exclusively for Oakshott, suitable for fabrics from the new collection.
An elegant appliqué pillow (above) features Deborah's signature flowers and insects, and a small quilt, Window Box, features designs inspired by autumnal hydrangeas.
The Deborah Kemball Studio Collection is available now from, where you can also download the patterns for Deborah’s gorgeous projects.
